General Terms

The commission might take weeks or days depending on the deadline that you and I have agreed upon.

Commissioning me means you have agreed to let me modify your character according to my style.

Once you pay the remaining 50%, I’ll send the final artwork via e-mail.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

I will only accept the payment VIA PayPal.

The client must pay 50% of the commissioned artwork after the sketch’s approval and the rest of the payment before sending the final output of the artwork.

I have the right to refuse any upcoming commission.

Let me know if you don’t want your commission to be posted online.

ARTIST RIGHT

CLIENT'S RIGHT AND PROHIBITED ACTIONS

The commissioner can post the commissioned artwork on any social app/network as long as they give me credits and the watermarks aren't tampered or removed.

Cropping and Changing the artwork sizes are the only changes the customer is allowed. Any further changes such as adding filters without the artist's consent along with tampering/removing the watermark are not allowed.

The client does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs or cryptocurrency.

The client does not hold the right to use the commissioned artwork in any AI-related technology.

The client can’t cancel the commission after the sketch.

The client can only have MAJOR revision in the sketching and base color phase and there’ll be no major revision when I’m in or finish rendering but slight revision is okay.

CANCELATION AND REVISION

REFUND AND CONTACT

No refund unless I have passed the supposed deadline and unless the commissioner and I agree to change the deadline.

The commissioner CAN be in contact in any way possible, if the commissioner doesn't respond within the next 4 days, the commission will be canceled and there will be no refund.

Since there’s gooing to be a deadline there’s also a rush fee.

1-3 days there’s going to be additional 15% pay.

4 and so on; no rush fee
